The 52nd G7 annual summit, held 15–17 June 2026 in Évian-les-Bains, France, brought together the seven countries, the EU, and four invited countries. Far from the usual summit spectacle, the world’s seven leading democracies appeared to hold a productive conversation that delivered one promise on paper.
